30 Discrimination in establishing firms
(1)
A person who intends to establish a firm comprising 5 or more partners must not discriminate against another person in the terms on which the other person is invited to become a partner.
(2)
A person who intends to establish a firm comprising less than 5 partners may discriminate against another person in the terms on which the other person is invited to become a partner if the discrimination is reasonable.
