35 Discrimination by industrial organisations
An industrial organisation, or a member of the committee of management or other governing body of an industrial organisation, must not discriminate against a person—
in deciding who may join the organisation; or
by refusing or failing to accept the person's application for membership; or
in the terms on which it admits the person to membership.
An industrial organisation, or a member of the committee of management or other governing body of an industrial organisation, must not discriminate against a member of the organisation—
by denying or limiting access to any benefit arising from membership; or
by depriving the member of membership; or
by varying the terms of membership; or
by subjecting the member to any other detriment.
