57 Discrimination in access to public premises

A person must not discriminate against another person on the basis of disability in relation to any premises that the public or a section of the public is entitled or allowed to enter or use (whether or not for payment)—
by refusing to allow the other person access to, or the use of, the premises; or
in the terms or conditions on which the other person is allowed access to, or the use of, the premises; or
in relation to the provision of means of access to the premises; or
by refusing to allow the other person the use of any facilities in the premises that the public or a sector of the public is entitled or allowed to use (whether or not for payment); or
in the terms or conditions on which the other person is allowed the use of any facilities in the premises that the public or a section of the public is entitled or allowed to use (whether or not for payment); or
by requiring the other person to leave the premises or cease to use any facilities in the premises that the public or a section of the public is entitled or allowed to use (whether or not for payment).
In this section and section 58—
premises includes—
a structure, building, aircraft, vehicle or vessel;
a place, whether enclosed or built on or not;
a part of premises.
