A person may establish special services, benefits or facilities that meet the special needs of people with a particular attribute and may limit eligibility for such services to people with the particular attribute.
Example
A community organisation establishes a support group for single fathers in response to research that shows that single fathers have a need for targeted counselling and support.
A person does not discriminate by establishing special services, benefits or facilities, or by limiting eligibility for such services in accordance with subsection (1).
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1)—
a person may grant a woman any right, privilege or benefit in relation to pregnancy or childbirth;
a person may provide, or restrict the offering of, holiday tours to people of a particular age or age group.
