If a motor vehicle is removed to a convenient place in accordance with this Part, it must be towed by a tow truck within the meaning of the Accident Towing Services Act 2007 unless it is possible to move that vehicle by a police officer or the sheriff driving the vehicle or directing another person to drive the vehicle.
