23 Register of adjustment numbers
(1)
The Victorian Fisheries Authority must establish and keep current a register that sets out the value of the adjustment number calculated in accordance with regulation 22 in respect of each class of access licence listed in Column 2 of the Table in Schedule 17.
(2)
The Victorian Fisheries Authority must publish a copy of the register on the Victorian Fisheries Authority's Internet site.
(3)
A failure to comply with this regulation has no effect on regulation 22.
