371 Offences to sell marked rock lobster
(1)
A person must not sell rock lobster that has a punched hole in the central segment of the tail fan.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not sell rock lobster that has the posterior quarter of the central segment of the tail fan removed by a traverse cut so that only the anterior three-quarters of the central segment of the tail fan remains attached.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
