372 Offences relating to rock lobster in berry
(1)
A person must not take any berried rock lobster.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not possess berried rock lobster.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3)
A person must not remove eggs, setae, spawn or fibres from a berried rock lobster.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
