409 Catch limits for sea urchin
(1)
For the purposes of the Act, the daily catch limit with respect to the taking of sea urchin or any other species of the class Echinoidea from Victorian waters is 40 of one species or a combination of species.
(2)
For the purposes of the Act, the catch limit for the possession of sea urchin or any other species of the class Echinoidea in, on or next to Victorian waters is 40 of one species or a combination of species.
