Record keeping in relation to priority species

In force

The licence holder must—

(a)

maintain a book of account for any priority species showing details of the goods in relation to that species produced in the ordinary course of the business while acting under the licence; and

(b)

make the book of account available for inspection by an authorised officer at any reasonable time.
