434 Aquaculture incoming stock record to be kept of source of all fish
The licence holder, in respect of all fish acquired, purchased or received, must keep and maintain an aquaculture incoming stock record which specifies—
the name and address of the person from whom the fish were acquired, purchased or received; and
the licence or permit number, or the reference number of any other authority (as the case may be), of the person from whom the fish were acquired, purchased or received; and
the species and quantity of fish acquired, purchased or received, including the form of that fish; and
observations on the health status of the fish acquired, purchased or received; and
the date on which the fish were acquired, purchased or received.
