464 Designated licence conditions
For the purposes of the definition of designated licence condition in the Act, the following licence conditions are specified—
in respect of an access licence or a fish receiver licence, any condition expressed or referred to in the licence by the Victorian Fisheries Authority under section 52(1)(a) of the Act that is expressed or referred to in the licence as a designated licence condition;
in respect of an aquaculture licence, any condition expressed or referred to in the licence by the Victorian Fisheries Authority under section 52(1)(a) of the Act that is expressed or referred to in the licence as a designated licence condition;
any of the conditions imposed on a licence by these Regulations that are specified in Schedule 30.
