466 Time for bringing proceedings extended for certain offences
For the purposes of section 127 of the Act—
(a)
the offences under the Act and these Regulations specified in Column 1 of Schedule 31 are prescribed; and
(b)
the period specified in Column 2 of Schedule 31 corresponding to an offence in Column 1 of Schedule 31 is the prescribed period within which proceedings for that offence may be commenced.
