18 Procedures of the advisory committee
(1)
Subject to these Regulations, the Minister may—
(a)
direct the chairperson to make rules with respect to the procedures of the advisory committee; and
(b)
direct the chairperson with respect to the form and content of the rules of the advisory committee.
(2)
The chairperson must comply with any direction given under subregulation (1).
