Part 3Advisory committee
8 Terms and conditions of appointment of a member
(1)
The term of an appointment of a member of the advisory committee is as specified in the instrument of appointment but must not be longer than 3 years.
(2)
A member's instrument of appointment must specify—
(a)
the terms and conditions of the member's appointment; and
(b)
the remuneration (if any) and reimbursements for expenses to which the member is entitled.
(3)
A member is eligible for reappointment.
