18 Powers of an authorised officer
If an authorised officer is satisfied on reasonable grounds that a person has contravened regulation 13(2), 13(4) or 23(2), the authorised officer may direct the person to—
if the contravention relates to a tent, sleeping bag, swag, tarpaulin or any form of accommodation, shelter or temporary structure, dismantle and remove it from the site of the contravention; and
if the contravention relates to a vehicle, vessel or other moveable form of accommodation, remove it from the site of the contravention.
It is an offence for a person to fail to comply with a direction of an authorised officer under subregulation (1).
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
