29 Animals
A person must not bring any animal that is not a dog or a pack animal into a forest reserve or forest park.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
A person must not allow any animal that is not a dog or a pack animal to remain in a forest reserve or forest park.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
Subregulations (1) and (2) do not apply if the animal—
is that person's assistance animal; or
is confined in a vehicle or vessel that is in transit through the forest reserve or forest park.
The owner or any other person in charge of an animal that is not a dog or a pack animal must ensure that the animal is under the immediate control of that person at all times in a forest reserve or forest park.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
