33 Protection of vegetation
(1)
The managing body by determination may set aside an area of a forest reserve or forest park as an area for the protection, planting or re-establishment of trees or vegetation, including along roads or tracks specified in the determination.
(2)
A person must not enter an area set aside under subregulation (1).
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
