10 Card readers on gaming machines
For the purposes of section 3.8A.10(1) and (2) of the Act—
the prescribed quantity of card readers is one card reader for each gaming machine that is installed in the approved venue or casino (as the case requires); and
the prescribed location of a card reader referred to in paragraph (a) is a location that—
makes the card reader clearly visible to, and easily accessible by, a person sitting at or standing in front of the gaming machine and looking at the video screen; and

is on or in or attached to the front, or a side panel, of the machine cabinet of the gaming machine.
