Player service points

(1)

A venue operator or casino operator must set aside a place in the approved venue or casino (as the case requires) for the purposes of providing assistance to the users of the pre-commitment system.

(2)

At all times when gaming machines are available for gaming in an approved venue or casino, the venue operator or casino operator (as the case requires) must ensure that at least one employee of the venue operator or casino operator is available to assist a person at a player service point to do any of the things referred to in regulation 25.
