45 Delegation
(1)
The Commissioner may delegate, by instrument, any power of the Commissioner under this Act or any other Act, other than this power of delegation or a power of the Commissioner under Division 3, to any person who is employed under the Public Administration Act 2004 and has the necessary skills to exercise that power.
(2)
The Commissioner may delegate, by instrument, any power of the Commissioner under Division 3 to any person who has the necessary skills and independence to exercise that power.
