53 Power of Commissioner to conduct a follow up investigation
The Commissioner may conduct an investigation as to whether there has been any failure by a health service provider—
(a)
to take any action in respect of which the health service provider gave an undertaking referred to in section 38(2); or
(b)
to take any of the actions recommended in the report given to the health service provider that is—
(i)
an investigation report; or
(ii)
a follow up report.
