20 Secretary must be notified of appointment
(1)
The proprietor of a health service establishment must notify the Secretary in writing of the name, qualifications and experience of any person appointed under this Division as the Director of Nursing within 28 days after making the appointment.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
The proprietor of a health service establishment must notify the Secretary in writing of the name, qualifications and experience of any person appointed under this Division to act as the Director of Nursing for a period of more than 28 days within 28 days after making the appointment.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
