32 Nurses must be registered and competent
The proprietor of a health service establishment must ensure that each nurse at the health service establishment—
(a)
is an enrolled nurse or a registered nurse; and
(b)
is professionally competent through education or experience to provide nursing care at the health service establishment, having regard to the kind or kinds of health services being provided.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
