52 Repair and cleanliness of premises
The proprietor of a health service establishment must ensure that the premises are kept—
(a)
in a clean and hygienic condition; and
(b)
in a proper state of repair; and
(c)
free of hazards or the accumulation of materials which may become offensive, injurious to health or likely to facilitate the outbreak of fire.
Penalty: 80 penalty units.
