95 Public submissions in relation to permit applications
(1)
If notice of a permit application is given under section 94(1) or (4), any person may lodge a written submission with the Executive Director in relation to the application.
(2)
A submission must be lodged within—
(a)
14 days after notice is given under section 94(1) or (4); or
(b)
an extended period of time under section 94(3).
