14 Public land in a heritage river area or natural catchment area is not to be disposed of
Public land in a heritage river area or natural catchment area must not be disposed of—
(a)
in the case of unalienated land of the Crown, by way of grant, conveyance or otherwise; or
(b)
in the case of land vested in a public authority, by way of transfer or conveyance without the approval of the Minister.
