30 Suspension of honorary justice
(1)
The suspension of the honorary justice takes effect on the date specified in the notice given under section 29.
(2)
While suspended, the honorary justice must not exercise or purport to exercise—
(a)
any of the powers of the office from which the honorary justice has been suspended; or
(b)
any other power that the honorary justice has by virtue of holding the office from which he or she has been suspended.
