Notification to honorary justice of revoking of suspension

In force

(1)

If the suspension of an honorary justice is revoked under section 27(3), 28(3), 34(2)(b) or 35(1)(b), the Secretary must give written notice to the honorary justice stating—

(a)

that the suspension has been revoked; and

(b)

the date on which the revocation takes effect.

(2)

The revocation of a suspension takes effect on the date specified in the notice.
