Consent by adult donor to removal of regenerative tissue

In force

A person, not being a child, may give his consent in writing to the removal from his body of specified regenerative tissue (other than blood)—

(a)

for the purpose of the transplantation of the tissue to the body of another living person; or

(b)

for use for other therapeutic purposes or for medical or scientific purposes.
