13 Appointed directors
(1)
The chairperson, deputy chairperson and other appointed directors are to be appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister.
(2)
An appointed director is appointed for a term of 3 to 5 years as specified in the instrument of appointment.
(3)
An appointed director is appointed—
(a)
on a part-time basis; and
(b)
on the terms and conditions (including remuneration and allowances) that are specified in the instrument of appointment.
(4)
An appointed director cannot continue in office for consecutive periods exceeding 10 years.
