41 Minister may submit draft 5-year infrastructure plan to Infrastructure Victoria for advice
(1)
Before laying the 5-year infrastructure plan or amended plan (as the case may be) before each House of the Parliament, the Minister may cause a draft plan to be provided to Infrastructure Victoria for advice.
(2)
Infrastructure Victoria must provide advice on the draft plan as requested by the Minister.
