42 Laying of 5-year infrastructure plan before Parliament
(1) Upon the preparation or amendment of the 5-year infrastructure plan under this Division, the Minister must cause the 5-year infrastructure plan or amended plan (as the case may be) to be laid before each House of the Parliament by the date specified in subsection (2).
(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1), the date is the first sitting day after the first anniversary of the sitting day on which the 30-year infrastructure strategy or updated 30-year infrastructure strategy (as the case may be) is laid before each House of the Parliament under section 35.
