Infringements Act 2006

to provide a framework for the issuing and serving of infringement notices; and

to provide a framework for internal review of a decision by an enforcement agency to serve an infringement notice; and

to provide for the payment of an infringement penalty by payment plan; and

to provide for the work and development permit scheme; and

to amend the Magistrates' Court Act 1989, the Road Safety Act 1986 and the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
