6A Annual report
(1)
The Attorney-General must prepare an annual report in respect of each financial year.
(2)
The Attorney-General must publish an annual report on a website maintained by the Department of Justice and Community Safety.
(3)
The annual report must—
(a)
contain any information specified in guidelines made by the Attorney-General under section 5 as information to be contained in the annual report; and
(b)
contain information relating to the exercise of the Director's internal review oversight function under Part 3A.
