193 Payment plans
A payment plan arranged and managed by an enforcement agency or managed by the Secretary under the former scheme, on and from the commencement of section 176(2)—
(a)
is deemed to be a payment plan arranged and managed by an enforcement agency or managed by the Secretary (as the case requires) under this Act; and
(b)
may be managed and dealt with in accordance with Part 3 of this Act.
