4 Judicial entitlements to be authorised by law
(1)
A judicial officer is entitled to the salary in respect of that office determined by or under this Act.
(2)
A judicial officer is entitled to the allowances in respect of that office determined—
(a)
by or under this Act; or
(b)
by any other law.
(3)
A judicial officer is entitled to the conditions of service in respect of that office determined—
(a)
by or under this Act; or
(b)
by any other law.
(4)
In this section, any other law includes a Commonwealth Act.
