8 Salaries to be rounded to nearest whole dollar
(1)
The salary of a judicial officer determined under section 5, 6 or 7 is to be rounded up or down to the nearest whole dollar.
(2)
If the amount by which the salary is to be rounded is 50 cents, it is to be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar.
