43 Certificates under section 15 of the Judicial Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995
Any certificate issued under section 15 of the Judicial Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995 as in force immediately before its repeal is taken to be an entitlement certificate under this Act.
For the purposes of this section, a certificate issued under section 15 of the Judicial Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995 includes the certificate of the Attorney-General issued under section 15 on 30 June 2014 numbered 2/2014 as extended by section 20 of that Act, as in force immediately before its repeal.

In any certificate referred to in subsection (1), a reference to a magistrate does not include a reserve magistrate unless otherwise specified in that certificate.
