46 Entitlement certificates
Subject to subsection (2), on and from the commencement of Part 3 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Criminal Procedure Disclosure and Other Matters) Act 2022 a reference in an entitlement certificate that was in effect immediately before that commencement—
to a Judge of the Supreme Court, is taken to include a reference to the Chief Magistrate who is or has been, on or after that commencement, a dual commission holder as a Judge of the Supreme Court; and
to the Chief Magistrate, is taken to not include a reference to the Chief Magistrate who is, on or after that commencement, a dual commission holder as a Judge of the Supreme Court.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a reference in an entitlement certificate that relates to a matter that is not an entitlement of the Chief Magistrate.
