Significant changes that must be notified by licence holder

In force

For the purposes of section 44(1) of the Act, the prescribed changes are that to the licensee's knowledge—

(a)

a relevant person is no longer a fit and proper person as required by section 22 of the Act; or

(b)

a relevant person is no longer compliant with legal obligations required by section 23 of the Act.
