Fee for certified extract or copy of Register

In force

For the purposes of section 48(5) of the Act, the prescribed fee for a certified copy or certified extract from the Register is—

(a)

one fee unit plus 50 cents for every page that is in excess of 20 pages; or

(b)

such lesser amount determined by the Authority.
