26 Embargo notice
For the purposes of section 79(1) of the Act, a notice is in the prescribed form if it contains the following information—
(a)
a description of the things to which the notice applies;
(b)
a statement that the thing or any part of the thing cannot be sold, leased, transferred, moved, disposed of or otherwise dealt with, except as provided for in section 79 of the Act;
(c)
a statement of the penalty that applies for contravening the notice.
