25 Notice of entry and accompanying statement of rights and obligations
(1)
The form of a notice of intention to enter land under section 74(2)(a) of the Act may be in Form 13A in Schedule 1.
(2)
For the purposes of section 74(2)(b) of the Act, the prescribed form is Form 14 in Schedule 1.
