26 Notice of temporary occupation and accompanying statement of rights and obligations
(1)
The form of a notice of intention to exercise powers of temporary occupation under section 75(3) of the Act may be in Form 14A in Schedule 1.
(2)
For the purposes of section 75(4)(d) of the Act, the prescribed form is Form 15 in Schedule 1.
