140I Grant of tour operator licence

The Minister or a person authorised by the Minister may grant a licence to a person to conduct an organised tour or recreational activity for profit on Crown land that is not held under a lease under this Act.
The Minister or a person authorised by the Minister may grant a licence under subsection (1) for a period not exceeding 10 years.

On and from 1 July 2023, in relation to land in the Great Ocean Road coast and parks, a reference to the Minister or a person authorised by the Minister in this section is a reference to the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority, regardless of whether or not the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority has been appointed as land manager.
