A licensee or permittee must keep on the licensed premises at all times a copy of the last plan or depiction of the licensed premises that was—

submitted to the Commission under Division 4 of Part 2 as part of an application that was granted; or

S. 101B(1)(b) amended by Nos 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.149), 21/2015 s. 3(Sch. 1 item 31.1), substituted by No. 28/2022 s. 161.

provided to the Commission under any other provision of this Act—

(whichever is the later document).

The licensee or permittee must produce a copy of the plan or depiction for inspection if asked to do so by a police officer or a liquor inspector.
