102 Notices required by the Commission must be displayed

(1)
A licensee or permittee must cause to be displayed on the licensed premises any notice that the Commission requires the licensee or permittee to display.
- 5 penalty units.

(2)
In displaying a notice, the licensee or permittee must comply with any requirements imposed by the Commission concerning the size, format or manner of display of the notice.
