148U Fire safety inspector's identity card
(1)
The Chief Officer must issue an identity card to each fire safety inspector.
(2)
An identity card must contain—
(a)
the photograph and name of the fire safety inspector to whom it is issued; and
(b)
a statement that the fire safety inspector is able to exercise the powers of entry and search under this Part.
