82 Application procedure
(1)
An application under section 80 or 81 must—

(a)
be in the form, and contain the particulars, approved by the Commission; and
(b)
be accompanied by the prescribed fee.

(2)
The Commission must give a copy of each application under section 80 or 81 to the Chief Commissioner.
